Zamano plc announces that John Rockett, Non-executive Chairman, has notified the Company that he will resign as a Director of zamano with effect from 31 March 2016, in order to devote more time to his other business interests.
The Board has commenced the process to recruit a new Director and a further update will be made in due course.

He has been a valued adviser for the executive management team as well as providing strong leadership for the Board. As a result we are sorry that he will be leaving us and, on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank John for his contribution and commitment.”
Trading update
For the nine months ended 30 September 2015, the Company is pleased to announce that it has generated Revenue of €16.828M and EBITDA of €2.082M, compared to €13.420M and €1.713M respectively for the corresponding period in 2014, and had a net cash position at 30 September 2015 of €5.388M (2014: €2.548M).”
