The Board is delighted to announce the appointment of Fergal Scully as a non-executive director of zamano, effective immediately.  Mr. Scully will replace Peter Furlong on the Board who has elected to resign as a director and from the Board with immediate effect, in order to devote more time to his other business interests.

Mr. Furlong has been a director of the company since 29 February 2012.  John Rockett, non-executive chairman of zamano commented that “Peter has been one of the Company’s most active and committed directors since joining the Board.  He has brought considerable energy to the development of the Company’s longer term strategy as well as providing strong assistance to the wider Board and management team.  It is with some regret that we accept Peter’s resignation and, on behalf of the whole Board, I would like to thank Peter for his contributions and dedication”.

Mr. Scully is currently Managing Director of Heritage Capital Limited, a privately owned investment business and CFO of Investi, an Irish property investment company.  He has extensive experience in portfolio management and corporate finance having worked with Barclays Capital, Deephaven Capital Management, Merrill Lynch, Goodbody and Pageant Holdings over the past 18 years. Mr. Scully holds a BComm and MBS in Financial Services from UCD Dublin and is also a Chartered Tax Adviser in Ireland.
